Thank you to all our customers for your support. Since our opening in October last year I have welcomed hundreds of photographers ranging from beginners who have asked for a training session, right through to professionals - and have made some good friends along the way!
We are now closed for the summer to allow us to perform maintenance on the hides ready for re-opening in October.
In addition to this we are developing our bottom hide, which will be available for use from October. You can expect to see the same species as the “top hide”, with the added advantage of a lakeside location, which attracts other species such as Egret, Heron and Water rail. We have also had occasional sightings of Bittern and Marsh Harrier.
We are in the process of making some changes to the top hide to accommodate those who would like to use Gimble heads. These can be used with the 3 legged thing Docz 2 foot stabiliser.
